By placing an order with Aureón Wines, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your jurisdiction.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Adult Signature Requirement

Because Aureón sells alcohol, an adult (21+) must be present to sign for delivery. The carrier may require a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

If no adult is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to alcohol shipping laws, we may be unable to ship to certain states or regions. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to local regulations, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@aureonwines.com

Please include your order number and photos of any damaged items.

Weather Delays

To protect the quality of our wines, we may temporarily delay shipments during extreme heat or cold conditions. If this occurs, we will notify you and ship your order as soon as it is safe to do so.
