If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aureonwines.com, and we will work to make it right.

Please include:

• Photos of any damage (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue

We reserve the right to review each request individually.

Orders cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
